The scope of our business has been broadened, but our
focus remains on you, our builder members. While we’ll
still offer the same high-quality warranties as in the
past, they’re now part of a new, bigger lineup of
products for you and your customers. In other words,
we’ll be able to offer one-stop shopping for the risk
management resources you need.

The
biggest changes will be in our product line, our target
markets, and the scope of our services. But Bonded
Builders will continue to be rooted in the integrity,
industry knowledge and dependability our customers expect from us.
The
Company’s new strategic position will have four key
components: new product offerings, insurance market
development, geographic expansion, and enhanced marketing
and sales support.
Launching
new product offerings
In
the early years, Bonded Builders established its reputation based
on a single product: a new-home warranty backed by
exceptional customer service. Today, we still offer the
warranty that started it all, but now we also offer a
systems built manufacturer’s warranty; a manufactured
home warranty; a remodeling warranty; a mold warranty; a
water intrusion warranty; an extended appliance warranty
that’s sold directly to consumers by Bonded Builders’
members; and our premier warranty (currently
available in Florida only).
Developing
insurance markets
Bonded
Builders has always been actively involved in the
homebuilding industry, giving us an insider’s
understanding of the challenges builders face. In
launching this new strategic direction, we’ve put that
industry knowledge to work, asking ourselves, “What more
can we offer to meet builders’ needs?” One answer:
Insurance coverage to provide sound risk management. As we
begin to roll out these products, we currently offer:
Designed
for quality builders in today’s marketplace for
single-family production, semi-custom and custom homes,
our policies are currently written by a select group of
specialty agents and are expanding into additional states.
We’ve gone one step further, too, by developing a line
of insurance products you can offer your new homebuyers.
These policies are issued by our affiliate, Bonded
Builders Insurance Services. With the exception of
standard flood coverage, the policies are underwritten by
one of the property and casualty companies of Bankers
Insurance Group. Our products for homeowners include:

Bonded Builders currently offers warranties in 42 states and will expand to all 50 states during 2008.
