Conciliation
In the unlikely event of a dispute between you and
your homebuilder, you need a knowledgeable
intermediary who can help avert costly legal action.
Conciliation, our proven dispute resolution process,
has enabled us to resolve over 95% of claims without
costly and time-consuming arbitration and
litigation.
We’ll
arrange an inspection of the home and
set up a Conciliation meeting if necessary. With our
outstanding track record for addressing disputes,
there’s an excellent chance both you and your
builder will walk away satisfied that an equitable
resolution has been reached.

Arbitration
If, after the dispute resolution process, the homeowner and builder
disagree on any claimed defects as specified in the
warranty and the Performance Standards, the builder
or homeowner shall request arbitration by a
professional independent arbitration organization.
This request shall be made only after all attempts
at conciliation between the disagreeing parties have
failed and shall precede litigation attempted by
either party on items that are specifically included
in this warranty. |

Please note all claims must be submitted in writing within the deadlines in the warranty document. To submit a claim choose the applicable claim form below, print it, follow the instructions on the form, and submit it to the Bonded Builders' address on the claim form.
