Do Not Call Policy
Bankers
Financial Corporation, together with its subsidiaries and
affiliates, including Bonded Builders Insurance Services
(collectively “Bankers”) has established the following Do
Not Call Policy to comply with Federal and State laws, as
well as the regulations established by the Federal Trade
Commission and Federal Communications Commission to
prohibit telephone solicitations in the protection of the
privacy of consumers.
Bankers
is committed to protecting the privacy of its current and
prospective customers, and honoring their “Do Not Call”
requests. In support of this commitment, Bankers’ has
adopted the following policy.
Bankers
maintains an internal company “Do Not Call” list
containing the telephone number(s) and names (if provided)
of persons who do not want to receive any
telemarketing and/or telephone solicitations from Bankers.
Anyone may be placed on Bankers “Do Not Call” list by
sending a written request to the below postal or email
address. The request must include, at a minimum,
your ten-digit telephone number(s) and the person’s name,
if desired. Please allow thirty (30) days for Bankers
to process your request and add your telephone number(s)
to Bankers “Do Not Call” list. Your request will be
maintained and honored for at least five (5) years. If
your telephone number(s) changes, another request must be
submitted to Bankers.
For the
purpose of this policy, the term “telephone solicitation”
means any call that is initiated by Bankers or our inside
insurance agents for the purpose of seeking or requesting
a consumer’s purchase of Bankers products or services.
Such term does not include a call or message: (i) to any
person with that person’s prior express invitation or
permission; or (ii) to any person with whom the caller has
an established business relationship.
All
Bankers personnel involved with telemarketing and/or
telephone solicitation are trained, informed, and directed
to comply with Bankers’ “Do Not Call” Policy.
This
policy does not cover independent third parties, who may,
on their own initiative, conduct telemarketing and/or
telephone solicitation to solicit consumers for Bankers’
products or services.
Bankers’ Do Not Call Policy is available to consumers upon
