Our insurance products are designed for quality builders of single-family production, semi-custom and custom homes. Policies are currently written by a select group of specialty agents in Florida and Georgia and are expanding into additional states.

Commercial General Liability - Currently available in Florida, Georgia and Arizona, these rapidly growing products include General Aggregate Limit and much more.

Builder’s Risk - Currently available in Florida, offers up to $500,000 per structure and $10 million per project.

For Homeowners

Policies for your customers are offered by our affiliate, Bonded Builders Insurance Services. With the exception of standard flood coverage, the policies are underwritten by one of the property and casualty companies of Bankers Insurance Group. Headquartered in Florida, Bankers is a national company with a history of insuring property owners.

Homeowners Insurance - Our homeowners insurance is available in several states and is growing rapidly. Ask about availability in your state. Coverage includes the home, detached structures and personal property.

Flood Insurance - Our flood insurance is available throughout the country for structures up to $250,000 and contents up to $100,000. We are underwritten by the government’s National Flood Insurance Program.

Excess Flood Insurance - For homes valued at more than $250,000 Ask about availability in your state. This insurance picks up where standard flood leaves off, protecting homes valued at more than $250,000.
